I actually get a buzz out of loading up the "see who's near" part of the site on my phone when in entirely innocent places, like kiddy play centers, and seeing how many "within 1/4 mile" results there are. Pretty close, other than the lack of AR overlay! |

The big problem is a privacy one - there are already occasional forum posts of guys walking up to women in the middle of dinner at restaurants and starting "hi I recognise you from fab" in front of their families. Some folk have no boundaries - and it's why Fab is deliberately a big vague on proximity to others |

Yes quite right...we all like to have our privacy...perhaps our avatars can have a traffic light system. Red stop...leave me alone. Amber speak to me alone.
