We have the same down in London
Mine went down yesterday afternoon 3pm and I called and was told they are working to fix that was at 5pm
Called this morning 8.30 and still no internet and at the moment still no internet (can't access media server from work)
Was told I would get a call today to let me know that it has been fixed or what the expected time was
The problem is at the exchange |

Called them back as now nearly 24 hours and was told open reach are looking in to it - that was the same thing that I got told at 5pm yesterday
How long does it take for them to look in to something
It's obviously not working ! |
