Get naked and fall asleep before you can feel the sweat start to drop.

Brighton - even Hove!

Naked, window open and sleep with no covers. A tepid (not cold) flannel will cool your body heat. It's gonna be colder tomorrow.

Apparently if you put a bottle of ice in front of a fan its like have air conditioning as it will blow cold air around the room. Good luck xx

Work round your body imagining each bit is relaxed. Then work your way round again and again feeling sleepier each time.

There is one room in the house that gets very little sun in the morning and none for the rest of the day.

So come night time it is relatively cool in there. Luckily it's where I keep my bed

Put it behind the fan, the hot air being forced through into the ice will melt it quicker and block the air flow.. behind the fan draws the cold air from the iced bottle and pushes it around the room..

Also have a warm shower instead, then straight to bed in front of the fan, the body only has to drop 2 degrees to aid sleep so try that..

Central

It's 28 here.

I lie in a cold bath - starting a little warm and adding cold. I do cold showers when I'm less hot.

Use 100% cotton bedding if you have it - it won't cause localised heating, where in contact with your body or trap heat below it, as much as synthetics do.

Use cold wet flannels, placed on your head/face in bed. A cool box is handy in your bedroom, with lots of cold stuff in it and ready.

If really stuck, visit a 24 hour supermarket and stand as close/within the fridges as possible. Promise erect nipples to staff.

Don't overuse antiperspirants, as cooling occurs from sweat evaporation.

I keep my bath filled with cold water and it helps to chill the bathroom air. And is good to chill feet or get back into quickly.

I also keep stones in my fridge, which are lovely to cool you - even just your hands/wrists.

Run your wrists under cold running water.

Move slowly at all times and as little as possible - especially your head.

Any air movement could cool you. But the opposite can happen, where it heats you up, like a convection oven - so notice if it's cooking or cooling.

If cold wet flannels aren't enough, consider a towel instead.

Fill a "hot" water bottle with water. Fridge or freeze it. Wrap in a cloth if you freeze it though. Place in bed

Simple come over our way and fight for the duvet, always cold and wet here, so need lots of rampant sex to keep warm. Just put the heating on this morning.
