Being stalked!!

I wonder if anyone has had the same problem and could help!! We are being stalked by a female we met many months ago!! She keeps pretending to be other females on the site and messaging us! She is using lots of photos of these females though so it seems quite legit until a certain point. Not sure what to do?

Report if the profile if abusive and block each time that's really all you can do.

If they are threatening you etc then you could always contact the police as well.

I have a different Samsung but on mine I go into messages, settings, spam filter and I should give you an option to add numbers to it. Any messages received would be sent there rather than you inbox.

Mine comes up with block option automatically - might be if I reject the call

You can block all new profiles from contacting you. Will of course block others but may cool off the stalker over a couple of months.

I had a real life stalker when I was a single parent she used to spend nights in her car outside my home, not nice but she was harmless.

Not sure if this works for texts, but it certainly works for calls....in the list of numbers that called you press and hold the relevant number you want to block, once it's selected there should be three little dots one above the other at top right of screen. When you press those you get a drop down menu with "Add To Auto Reject List" - least that's how I do it on my Samsung A3.

Yes I've blocked calls and WhatsApp but texts get through. Will try spam or phone provider. X

This debate has been discussed many times, we have had a "female" stalker, tried numerous times under different names/faces and has now just reappeared as a couple.. i did what another forumite said, give me your number il call later when the unsurprisingly non attending female is home and we can all chat together via face time

Consider contacting police. They will be able to trace stalker and issue a caution. Just as well to bring them to the attention of the police for the safety of yourselves and others particularly as such individuals tend get get more extreme if unchecked.

blocking new profiles only works for 3 days not a couple of months

Search the forum for stalking as there have been quite a few posts, some having good advice.

Inform admin, with as much information as possible. Never hesitate to speak with the police for advice or support, as they can be really helpful.
