I've already got skin cancer. I wear factor 50 and hide in the shade whenever possible. I'm milk bottle white and content with that.

I tend to stay out of it when it's hottest. Mad dogs and Englishmen go out in the mid day son. That's what I often see when abroad!

A couple of my friends have had skin cancer so it makes you more cautious. Having said that - can I get Mr to put sun lotion on. Nope.

I'm lacking in Vitamin D, so that tells you how time I usually spend in the sun.

I sat outside yesterday for a little bit and despite being covered in cream and partially in the shade, still burnt.

We go away in a couple of weeks, so gradually trying to get my skin used to the sun.

I get outside as much as possible ... am lucky to finish work earlyish to do this. I do tan, but not very quickly, so am grabbing as much sun as I can ahead of our holiday.

I don't really tan so not much point of trying to get one. Still wear sun cream and cover up. Already had cancer twice I don't want to tempt fate.

I think that the sun can be awfully damaging to your skin and make you look older in years to come. ..I just don't want wrinkly, leather looking skin ...having said that I like the sun kissed look so will occasionally get a spray tan or use a summer skin lotion to get the look I like
