Hate hate hate it! Under a sheet naked with a fan on with a thicker blanket pepped and waiting for the four am chilly time. At this rate im going to be sleeping in either a tent outside or in a bath full of cool water. |

As much as I moan when we have crap weather I'm not enjoying this. Too hot. I felt so rough this eve, now can't get back to sleep. I'm downstairs it's cooler. |

If people are struggling to sleep. Lift your loft cover up. It will allow the hot air to escape and will lower the temperature upstairs by a few degrees. |

the problem with this country's weather. We don't get consistently.
It's been a really Crap summer thus far. Suddenly they are calling it a heatwave.
Actually it's just summer!
It's not particularly hot, I have to wear black uniform for work thick heavy black trousers and black tshirt /jumper.
When I am doing fencing it's inhuman how hot we get.
But at the moment it's manageable.
But it's strange when it's hot here it feels much hotter than when we have been on holiday?
Maybe due to when on holiday you dress appropriately?
I don't know but I have pasty blood in me all from countries not known for their fantastic sunshine.

Worst thing is I work in a lovely office once a week,one of the ladies who was based in another one but days got shifted so she works in our office on Mondays, she had warm clothes on,but was cold all day and yesterday was a hot day,she turned the room temperature machine up to 19 for goodness sake lol and still felt cold,I ended up with a headache and had to breathe outside for air
