I'm sick and tired.

Fucking hot flushes are driving me round the fucking bend. I'm being boiled from the inside out and the weird fucking sensations in my feet are almost intolerable.

I would like one full nights sleep and not to suddenly break out in the sort of sweat that usually happens after a really good gym session. A sweaty, drippy nose whilst chatting in a coffee shop is NOT attractive.

Thank you for allowing me to rant 3 days early.

"try black cohosh "

Two months now and no change. It can take longer so I'm hanging in there.

I feel your pain. I carry a flannel everywhere I go, been having hot flushes for a decade. Sink hole appeared at one of the stations I travel through so no trains coming home. Standing room only on a bus on the hottest day of the year almost pushed me over the edge.

I'm coming back as a man next time!

I've had this for two or three years. I have a stand up fan at the bottom of my bed. Unless the weather is really harsh it is on all night. I manage to sleep ok most nights.

Ah! But then there's the sudden drop in temp and I feel like I'm in the artic.

And the sweat, dear dog the sweat. I'm going to need a new mattress.

"Man up"

Good grief, why would I want to make the situation by taking on the inability to cope like blokes do?

I'm an ex army medic. The big ones used to go down the hardest and fastest.

I'm just needing a good moan really. In the great scheme of things, it's ok, just REALLY annoying.

I'm still in and you're right! The big ones do go down hardest and fastest. Funny though. Always happens just as a fitness test is due, or a guard duty coming up............

It was the shaking and passing out and tears at the mention of taking blood that made me chuckle.
