Prickly heat has become photo dermatitis over the years. So I have to change moisturiser before it starts getting sunny to avoid the reaction and the only sun lotion I have found that prevents it is the Piz Buin allergy one. Pure aloe vera helps the itching stage though. I like mine cold from the fridge but it's also worth growing a plant and squeezing out a fresh leaf. |

"Any methods to relieve the symptoms? My arms are covered, my back's starting and it's bloody itchy!!!" .
The secret is not to let it start in the first place.
Sun cream is terrible for me, especially if I'm sweating and I usually am when it's really hot, so I don't use sun cream and avoid midday sun(12 till 3)never had it back in 15 years now.
Once I had it, I had it for as long as it remained hot,i found hanging around air conditioning the only cure |

Spend time in supermarkets etc that have great cold areas, to give some relief.
The oats as covered. Calamine lotion, Aloe Vera (if you get a stem from a plant, store it in the fridge) and use shop bought Aloe too.
Drink plenty of water and eat fruit and veg as much as possible for nutrient replenishment to help healing.
Use only hypoallergenic products on your body otherwise and safer laundry products too Imo
