Definitely this. To verify someone you need to be verified yourself. If neither of you are, then im afraid you're a bit stuck. |

There's a variety of ways. The most common is to be verified by someone who is verified themselves, either via a meet, social, or webcam. Once that is done, off you go.  |

No- then one of you will have to get veried by someone else."
