Afternoon sexy people!!
This is my first post so hope it goes ok and I don't end up with the proverbial tumble going through it.
Anyway! The heat! It's warm right? Well, like a doofus I've decided today of all days will be when I kick start my pre season training and thus decided to go on a little run.
Two things I've done wrong. Firstly I've not d*unk enough water. Secondly the heat is energy sapping. (If you want, thirdly I didn't go to the toilet before my run). (There's a little corner of the park that'll be forever Deadpoolxxx, next to the swings).
So, drink loads and reconsider doing anything outside in this heat. I am literally showering in my own sweat. It's not sexy.
Of course fucking in this heat also comes with its own pitfalls!

Out in it at 7.30 am,been shopping already,know how silly it is to sit in full sunshine watching sports day. Got a hat and bottle of water.
