You do not have to say anything. But, it may harm your defence if you do not mention when questioned something which you later rely on in court. Anything you do say may be given in evidence |

Being told to calm down, even when I'm not in the slightest bit narked, usually said purely due to my Scouse accent, by unfunny bastards trying to be smart arses. A look for most is enough to tell them to never utter it in my company again, though some have been known to do it a second time |
