"Indoors or Outdoors whats the best"
Depends what you're doing really. I wouldn't recommend washing your car indoors for example... that could be really messy! You can do pretty much everything outdoors but if you're gonna make breakfast for example, I'd suggest using a camping stove rather than trying to drag your cooker out to the garden.

It also depends on your perspective.
When you think about it indoors is actually outdoors with a door on. For instance going in one door is indoors then going into a further internal door is still indoors, but if you then exit the door you just entered, it's technically outdoors but still indoors.

One of my favourite places to have sex is in the middle of a field lying on a blanket on a summers afternoon with just a gentle breeze blowing.
Used to do it all the while when i was younger as i lived next to a field.
Nowadays it just tends to be a bit of "messing" about outside. But there are some lovely quiet spots at rutland water in the summer evenings right next to the water. Lovely.
