It would appear that we have some peeps feeling a little down at the moment.
So I wanted to say in case you forgot to remind yourself this morning……

 We can all get caught up in our own madness sometimes and forget who and what we really are. We waste a lot of energy trying to find faults in ourselves (I know that from personal experience!) but are too quick to dismiss or not see the positives. Nice post OP.

Could do with a bit of a hug and a squeeze today. Feeling a bit hurrumphy, out of sorts and very unfanciable at the mo. Also missing Number One Chap quite a bit.  |

I know the feeling all too well HH. Luckily I'm an expert in hugging and squeezing Things can turn around quickly though. You'll be back to your best in no time I'm sure.

To everyone that needs a hug i give you a big snuggly one. A kiss here is a big smuchy one. A shoulder here I have big broad ones. A friendly smile I have a great big one.
