Can say the same about guys too though I guess
Good well done tattoos look good other wise regardless of sex they look naff |

Hahaha don't know if you are joking.
I don't have any but think the odd tasteful unusual ones are OK.
Thing is most are like sheep and go for the same thing. Lower back. Tramp stamps as someone called them |

I've several but go to some pains not to show them on my public pics. I've one that flows from my hip to partway across my lower back. It's quite pretty actually. I like seeing it. |

Sadly there is a fair amount of research that suggests that men perceive women with tattoos as heavier drinkers, to be more promiscuous and also have higher levels of aggression. Some of the research is not especially credible but from some of the not so nice comments I've had on here and out in public about mine these attitudes do persist!  |

i have 4 - first one small (cos i was a scaredy) the other three significant to me - i dont actually care if people find them sexy or if they think they make me look like a cheap tart - i had them for me - the people that matter to me dont give a hoot about them either as its me they are interested in |

I have a half sleeve that is slowly turning into a full sleeve, a back piece, lower back, both hips and large pieces on my legs.
I don't show any on here though, especially the sleeve because it is so recognisable. |

Certain tattoos have got a reputation associated with them.
The teardrops especially gain a certain reputation.. Dunno why!!!
I personally miss the ladies with anchor on their forearm..the ones from my youth that you'd find down at the docks.
They would always offer you a bag of sweets or summit nice..
They also tended to smoke a pipe and have a beard...

I wouldn't knock it. I had my first one on my hip done about three years ago aged 55. I'm making no apologies I love it. |
