which do you prefer using,

I have both an i must admit i enjoy the pc more.

with the big screen in front of me instead of the smaller version of the lap top in the bed room

Both - the laptop is great to have when on the move which I am quite a bit.

Pc when home alone

Lap top when in bed, or sat in front of the tv and Iphone at work, when walking the dog or just generally out the house

I'm not a fan of laptops... mostly because I have to carry my work one around with me all day whilst at work.

When I'm at home I like being able to sit back more than just a few inches away from the screen. And I find laptop keyboards are too small... I plug a spare keyboard from my desktop PC in to my laptop if I'm using it at my desk.

Lappy, definately, but the printer is connected to the tower pc so I've set it up to be 'shared' by anyone on our network. Now we can print from the front room on my lappy whenever we need to (Siren has her own lappy too).

I much prefer my PC, but having virus issues with it so borrowed a netbook, I'm not keen in all honesty.
