"I have not."

The guard collapsed , the prisoners shouted for help , then forced the cell and radios for help , other guards came gave CPR and saved him . Google it .

Apparently the prison authorities have announced that they are taking action to ensure that prisoners cannot do this again

I assume they meant, prevent the cell from being forced open.

Whilst it's admirable that an offender saved a guards life the last thing you want them to know is that they can breach security measures. Not all offenders are upstanding citizens

They got lucky this time, next time they could lose the wing and have a riot on their hands.

And I stand corrected. It was a holding cell, not on a wing.

Anyone who had had the police lie barefaced to them won't give a fuck.

Wait till your on the wrong side then see if you fancy helping

So you'd just sit idly by and watch someone die because you felt someone in the same profession had wronged you in some way ?

Unfortunately that is the way the world works. We are all members of different groups, and we are all treated like the worst in those groups by others who have had or know of other who have had negative encounters with those groups.

As an aside even if not motivated by payback most people stand and watch horror rather than help.

We are all individual people, with opportunities to live our lives as we choose, moment by moment - whatever so called groups we may associate with or connect to.

Break free from your programming - noone writes our rules but ourselves and we can change the course of history, whatever other people choose to do.

Most people film horror on their phones rather than help.
