drink some flattened , its meant to settle stomach x"
or lemonade but do make sure its flat think its got something to do with the sugar in it just know was always given it as a kid when sick .Get well soon x |

Thanks for all the lovely wishes
Am not to bad today but cant eat a lot which aint a bad thing.
Had half a slice of dry toast this morning. Had two mouthfuls of soup lunchtime and just managed to eat a little nana .
Enforced diet doing well  |
