I thought when we started this I'd be 'okay' with no kissing, but I wasn't and would now say no thanks to anyone for whom that was a boundary.
I *hate* bad kissing ... largely because I'm easily claustrophobic so anyone who leaps on me without warning and suckers my face like a creature out of Alien isn't likely to get far and I'll be squawking in panic. But if a lover takes just a little bit of time to build up to really passionate kisses I'll melt ... whereas no kissing at all makes everything else that follows feel mechanical rather than passionate.
Kissing *is* intimate, so I can kind of see why some people keep it 'for themselves' but I feel the intimacy I have with my partner is much more about what's in my head rather than in a physical act.

No kissing isn't a deal breaker.
