I have flexible hose from copper pipe to tap. I want to use a splitter so I can attach a garden tap. Possible?

It'd be better to put a tee in the copper with an isolator for the outside tap if you can. Otherwise, yep, possible

Isolator being the switch that you can turn it on and off from yes? As in at the junction not the tap itself
