And my health, am just fed up being a slave to this stuff, got about enough, with rationing, to see the day through then as I won't have any tobacco in the morning I can't have a cig  - may throw ashtrays, lighters etct., away tonight to make it a little easier |

I have an inhalator which ive been using to cut down on the fags.
I only smoke in one place now and my fags are kept there.
Half the time i cant be bothered in going to have one so have a quick suck on me doodah instead  |

sounds like a good idea, though I make my own and every time have had a made cig it feels SO big, lol never think I would have said taht considering my profile pic lol |
