Up, shit, shower, shave, brekkie, clean teeth, commute, work (with a little Fab), commute, (possible gym / shower), dinner, wash up, hour of tv (with a little Fab), clean teeth, bed (with a little Fab), sleep, repeat.

Get up go for a wee, have a wash get kids up and ready for school. Housework, laundry.

Do school run come back walk puppy, feed puppy. Check fab.

Go to work... Home from work school run. Finish housework. Cook tea.chevk fab.eat tea. Wash up

Walk dog, play with dog and kids.

Homework. Make school lunch.

Bit of TV and fab.

Argue with boy child about bedtime.

Shower.

Bed. Sex.. Sleep
