"Do you mean what attracts us? How we decide which men we're interested in? Just on here or in general?"
Turns out it wasn't a simple question after all |

Well most of us are generically designed to like men. At least some men. I doubt that was the answer wanted though!
What attracts me here and what attracts me off here can be very different. I need to know what I'm answering or the answer won't help.

It's a good question OP.
The way my mind works and my interpretation of attractiveness I do that typical man thing and think 'if I was a woman I'd be a lesbian'
But I guess that's just my biology - I see ladies swooning over some guys and think 'No. Just can't see it. What DO they like about them?'
For some men I can see why they're popular. Beckham for example - or Tom Hiddlestone. But for most - well, no.
Just as well we all like different things hey? |

This is a man thing, thinking it's all about looks.
Sometimes it is but often there is far more to it. |

There is a big lesbian joke in there somewhere but don't look at me to say it |

I have met men that I wouldn't class as good looking but they still have that charm and just something about them.
But generally I want somebody who can hold a conversation, not fat, has a job, has dreams and ambitions, looks ok, and makes me feel like the most important thing in their world as though they would do absolutely anything for me |

I like a well turned out, distinguished guy.
Good manners, that smell of freshly showered, and fresh smell.
Can hold a good and intelligent conversation, and who is kind and respectful.
Then when in play, are not afraid to have their fill, and when back dressed, the gentleman again
(I also like tall guy's ) |

In my experience there is no 'one size fits all' guide to what ladies like. There is a more general, toned, handsome, funny, etc look that many like, but there are others that like different looks. The only one rule seems to be confidence |

Assuming the guy is tall and not overweight, first I see their face then I like to see their penis. If I dig deeper and am really honest, the guys I end up liking are arrogant and unobtainable! |

Funny, the OP's question just didn't make me think of 'What do you find attractive?' which most everyone has answered.....
'What I see in men' I would answer as more a vibe, a soul connection, a potential playmate in every sense of the word.......there is just something about interacting with the male vibe that excites, thrills and fulfills me in a way that interacting with women, even good friends, never can. Nearly all my friends are guys anyway.
Plus sometimes their bodies drive me wild with lust.....
I was watching the Coldplay video from Glastonbury and I could not take my eyes off Chris Martins shoulders, I just wanted to touch him haha! But someone like Tom Hardy for instance, it's all about the vibe not the body at all, that vibe is just utterly mesmerising, I just want to connect with it, get totally lost in it........
Oh where IS my 24/7 primal dom??? |

Oh yes, I know that for sure. Likewise with what I find attractive in women. I didn't articulate that very well I know.
But even with 'the whole package' I still often can't see what the attraction is. Even with my other half liking me for example. I don't get it but then I guess I'm not programmed to be attracted to men. Just the way we're wired I guess!

Most of it is in the dna and pheromones apparently. If I woman smells a guy that is genetically compatible she's going to be attracted to him whether he is her usual type or not.
Of course that is of no help at all on a site like this unless they introduce scratch and sniff

If a guy is shorter than me, I won't even get past the starting block.
After I've measured him to make sure he's to my exact specifications, a cheeky smile and nice eyes.
I like strong arms, someone who could pick me up and give me a lassive cwtch!
But personality matters a lot. There has to be lots of banter and sarcasm, I can definitely be laughed into bed! |
