If you are "long term" nightshift, I suggest you all start taking high Vit-D tablets, lack of sunlight has many effects on the body, low calcium & vit-D is one of them, you wont notice much, probably nothing, but your bones will grow less and 10 - 20 years down the line you may find you have osteoporosis along with other complications.

Just a thing to consider; have a chat with your doctor
