In a short space of time we seem to have a lot of verifications. We haven't played on every meet and some veris do state that. Me and my partner have differing views on whether lots of veris are a benefit or hindrance. He loves em, I think just as having none, too many verifications can be off putting. So what do the rest of you think....
Are lots of veris over a short space of time off putting?
How many people read every verification listed on a profile?
How many read just a couple?
How many people just look at the quantative data (the verification summary) as opposed to the qualitative data (actual verifications) ???? |

It matters little to me how many veris a person has, if we tick each other's boxes and get along then I don't see that it really matters who else they have met. I don't display graphic/play veris anyway  |

I look at the veri summary to see when the latest one was, as in are they currently active? Beyond that I couldn't give a toss! I've been to socials and had several in the space of a week, it means nothing. I've met people who have got over a hundred some who have a handful.
If people are going to be judgemental then let them, ultimately it says far more about them than you |

Lots of people care when someone has "too mamy" veris. People write about it all the time in the forums.

I like ur thinking but from discussion with some of those we have met they've suggested less is sometimes more, we are 3 months in and already have 20 on our summary ! |

Look, you can't ever run your profile on the say so of others. You choose what to say, and what not to say. If you don't want people to see how many verifications you have, hide the summary and some of your veris. Easy. I hide any over 2 years old because, really, whats the point of them being there? But I still have them. |

You get a lot of "verification politics" as a single guy. I've had veris who've left and some who have returned, wanted re-verifiying and left again...and so on.
My verification summary makes me look like the biggest manwhore on the planet! |

It's a difficult one. Too many suggests you'll go with anyome yet only a couple in a year or so says you'll rarely meet. There's a couple we know that have 250 plus verifications but they host parties and we are happy to see them every few weeks so the number doesn't really matter. If a guy Emms was interested in had 30 ish plus veris then I'd step in and say no thank you. It's all about who you want to meet for what reason. |

On my old singles profile I went from having all mine on show (I clocked up a few in the short space I was on here, not all meets) then I listened to some sound advice from a couple of people and hid the most graphic ones, I liked mine but I think at the end I only had one showing.
Now we only have one veri and that's the way it's staying, unless we are on a social of course!

I hide mine that are more than a year old, as you say, there's no point in them being there. I've had repeat meets that haven't reverified and social meets that I haven't requested veris from. It's all just a game |

ive had alot over the last year..i got told even when i had less that it was off pitting, even though alot were social meets from clibs etc.. however i think my veris show me as a consistent person character wise..so i want more than a few on display so this week i decided to hide the majority from last year, showing i am active,
i also dont repeat veri, very often, so really it doesnt paint a full picture but as i have the choice i display quite a few.
do i care for veris..i like to read a few, yes, i like to see if their personality is portrayed through them and whether it matches what they want on their profile..it helps me gain insight into what they like, will do and if they are social or not x |

Thank you, I'm sensing those that play as a couple do take the number of veris into account. Do we perhaps do this because as couples we subconsciously think more people greater risks? |

We like our veris because they do describe our characters and they are consistent with each other, they also show we are genuine and its nice to have that bit of feedback too on a personal level but I am guilty of looking at the number of veris in the past when we first started swinging and thinking to myself...risky. |

I've hidden mine before and now am showing them. Doesn't make a blind bit of difference. No one ever mentions them. I don't really care if people makes judgement about mebadedon them or not. They are there as an indication I'm real and turn up for meets. |

A few are a nice confirmation that they chat it meet.
Lots give me an idea they meet lots of people and chat to anyone.
Loads of verifications tell me to walk away, I would be in a long line of shags they've had. Fun I'm sure, but not what I personally need. |

I usually look briefly if I'm interested in meeting someone but the number doesn't bother me and I'm only mildly interested in content.
I look a bit more closely if someone seems as though they may not be who or what they claim or if something feels off about them. |

I've hidden 2, 1 because I only met them to buy some tickets so is totally unrelated to this other than it would confirm I am the person in my pictures. The other one referred to me as a milf and I really don't like that word and I'm sensitive about my age so don't show that one. |

I like lots of different 'types' of people so I stopped looking at veri's in this way. Just because some only has veri's from one type of person, doesn't necessarily mean they won't like me. |

Like many i find no veris or no veri for many months suggest they are not really interested in meeting. It may not be fair but that is how i view it.
If you are meeting just for hot NSA sex then, for me, more veris are better than a few as it shows they are keen, experienced and most of all they actually turn up and have a good time!!!
Refusing to show them. Whilst I support their right not to show them, it suggests to me they are either embarrassed to be on here or, for some reason, they feel superior to others who do show them. I am however sure they have as many other explanations for hiding them as those who don't turn up to meets at the last minute.  |

I display mine as I like guys I may potentially meet to know what I'm like and what others have thought. All my veris have become semi regular fuck buddies so I like to think I'm doing something right lol |

I find the whole veri thing quite interesting..its more the quality than the quantity...some folk may have loads and its because they go to socials/clubs/parties.and they're all good...a little thought gone into them.
Some folks may have loads because they may fuck anyone that says hello..ie not particularly choosy...which is fine.. its supposed to be a swingers' site, which by definition isn't really a hook up site for singles..which is easy for me to say as a single male.
In my early days I did meet one or two with countless one or two line veris...afterwards I realised why..they weren't quality meets. |
