Men like boobs, be them big, small or fake. It's like catnip for blokes. Its not so much the form and more the mere presence

It's always best to research a good surgeon I can recommend one. He reconstructed one of mine due to breast cancer and then uplifted and implanted the other and he's an awesome surgeon

I call him the man with the golden hands

I'm really worried that something will go wrong. I'm having Dr mcdiarmid at Mount Stuart. You read so much on the Internet. Pleased yours went well. Do you have pics yet or are they still sore and swollen. I'm 51 and Im thinking i may not get as good a result because I'm older. ??

If you mean me then they're still swollen, I can't buy bras for 3 months as they'll just keep changing size!

Yeah there's pics on our account, check the puppies out!

Of course you'll have just as great a result as anyone younger!

no matter

I had some fat transfered to my boob after a lumpectomy .. Wish I hadnt even though I hated the dent it left it feels horrid to me now with a really hard lump of fat.

Completely knocked my confidence, Bad enough the radiotherapy shrunk it two sizes no more pretty boobs.

But yes at least I still have two and i'm alive.

Iceland, but Aldi is closer..

As long as they look natural and are not excessive, what's the harm.

Most women I know that have had it done, did so for themselves and their own self esteem, this for me is no different from getting a nose job or your teeth veneered.

Same size but after 3 kids they are back to their fuller feel

Most important thing is to find a surgeon that advises you on what size compliments your body

Mine feel natural and don't have that 'stuck' on look but that's just how I wanted them obv it differs for others

lf it give a woman confidence then that's great but l prefer natural ones. Even small natural cups look better. Shape is the most attractive thing. Even if they start to 'sag', they can look great.

Most breast implant manufacture's recommend a life expectancy of implants of 10 years (can last up to 25 yrs in some cases).. so.. while they can be great.. if you have them done young, the likley hood is you will need to replace them at least twice in a lifetime.. after a 1st surgery, all other surgeries involve scar tissue, which leads to greater risk of not getting what you want, leading to further surgeries, to correct........etc etc etc.....

Honestly I'm on the fence with this...I'm not a fan of the sterotypical 'pornstar' fake boobs but if they are done tastefully then yes.

Would I see myself ever having fake boobs....in two situations

1. If I lost a ridiculous amount of weight then yes.

2. If I lost both my breasts to cancer.

Masked and Distant

Its all down to personal preference.

My preference is natural, but if a boob job is done well and they are in proportion and dont look like footballs under a layer of skin then thats good as well.

Think I just prefer a "natural" look whether perky or not.

But then again I just love boobs

This is us exactly the reason why T had hers. She had great natural 32dd boobs before breast feeding.

Then after she was so deflated ( literally) and mentally.

I never pushed her but now I adore her gorgeous 32ff boobies. An she is so much more confident for having them.

Yours look amazing Eve xxxx

A VERY attractive girl mate of mine has fake boobs. They look incredible, perfect even, but just feel so wrong. Nothing beats natural for me. Not saying I disagree with fake at all, but until they can make them feel natural...

Read Danielle Lloyds story, she nearly died after her left breast *exploded.

Obviously a very rare occurrence & she's having corrective surgery. Really felt for her.

I wouldn't mind really because at the end of the day it's what makes the woman feel more comfortable so if she wants fake boobs then I wouldn't be against it at all. But I've also never been with a woman before so I wouldn't know if there is a huge difference but I really do think I wouldn't care.
