I'm just about to have my second (nice) coffee of the day
My legs feel like they are going to drop off after a sweaty zumba class last night so I sympathise Hatter x
I'm having a social with a lovely, fun lady later for a bit of shopping and a goss |

Ahhhh, my training for any such muddy events consists of putting on a tutu, sinking into the mud and bathing like a the Chambourcy Hippo Pota Mousse |
