So who would like to see an App for the site we all enjoy?

Would you like to be able to see who is nearby like other apps... plus all the normal features aswell?

Are the powers thats be secretly working on it? (I wonder? or should we so the seed in their direction?)

Whats the thoughts out there on having an App for your smartphone?

I think it would be brilliant!

Speaking as a pc/laptop user with a wireless connection I prefer interacting with those using the same internet access as me. Chatting to someone using an iphone is like pulling teeth. Kills spontaneity and banter.

Yeah I still have a windy up gramophone too

Some newtechnologies aren't that great and when somethings not broken I won't be keen to change tried and trusted established technology that works for my situation.

I was shopping yesterday and there was a huge crowd just looking over the mezzanine to the mall area below. I asked the guy next to me who we were waiting for (lots of celebs come for book signings etc) he said "Oh nobody - this is the q for the new ipad". He told me he had been there for almost 3 hours and expected to wait another 3. Hope they didnt sell out b4 he got there!!

I can see the usefulness of an ipad when I travel around as its more compact than a laptop. I will wait until they come down in price. Will never have a smartphone.
