Scrambled Eggsdilla

1 whole egg plus 1 egg white

2 Tbsp chopped green pepper

2 Tbsp chopped red onion

1 8-inch whole-wheat tortilla

4 wafer thin slices of cheese

2 Tbsp chunky salsa

Scramble eggs with pepper and onion, and fold into tortilla with cheese and salsa.

Protein kick muffin

1 Tbsp natural creamy peanut butter

1 whole-grain English muffin

1 Tbsp dried chia seeds

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 cup sliced strawberries

Spread peanut butter on sliced muffin, and top with seeds, cinnamon, and berries.

Drink a pint of water with your breakfast too...

I couldn't face the thought of eating peppers and onions for breakfast let alone actually eat them. Fat Greek Greek yog with summer berries and a sprinkling of granola is my current fav

Portion on bran flakes with some oats and few raisins chucked in.

Add a sliced banana and three generous desert spoons of fat free natural yoghurt.

Stir it up with a nice spoonful of honey and enjoy.

Delicious and sets me up nicely before a big early morning bike ride.

Normally it's a fresh fruit smoothy with a scoop of protein powder and wholegrain toast with lashings of butter. Today being Monday it's cheerios and a double espresso

I've taken to dorset cereals bircher muesli mix

Not a clue how healthy it is, but it's bloomin lovely mixed with apple juice and apple yoghurt
