" Hope you don't mind me butting in... I was going through a bad time but exercising kept me sane .... It does give you a buzz after you complete a workout, it's a really good way to destress .. When I do a workout it stops the buzzing in my brain.... Good luck | |||

Don’t cut it out altogether not straight away any ways, for example instead of having 1 tea spoon of sugar have a half a spoon, same type of thing with the milk, over time you can reduce more as you adjust. It’s easier to do it in small steps than to make drastic changes as your less likely to give up. It’s all about the small steps in my view anyways. ![]() | |||

I saw you post for the first time a few weeks ago when you were a relative unknown on the forums. Since then you seem you have raised your profile by embarking on some personal crusade to bicker at will with anyone and everyone, often turning minor comments into entire debates which invariably become personal. It has got to the point that the pertinent points you do make are drowned out by the fact you seem willing to argue a point to the point of ridiculousness. I have also noticed that if others come back at you, you cry 'clique' and feel that it is the respondents that are being the personal or argumentative ones. I am a member of no clique and far be it from me to dictate how others use the site or the forums, but I just feel that the persona you have managed to build for yourself is not a particularly good one. The only other thing that helps the taste is a slice of lemon but that's not the most helpful suggestion for you personally but may help others so I've posted the advice regardless | |||

Some days I want to drown myself in my comfort drink,which is when I need the substitute. One without artificial sweetener. | |||

" I very often have a melon of some variety for breakfast, it's what known as a speed food on Slimmingworld so basically more beneficial for boosting the metabolism and because breakfast kick starts the metabolism for the day it's a great start, they are also high in natural water content so full you up quick and I find fill me up for longer | |||

I was under the impression it was 2000 a day for women and 2500 for men. Obviously, everyone is different. Some athletes consume way above this to fuel their training as they burn so much but as long as you burn more calories than you consume you shouldn't gain weight. I consume around double the average for a woman as a strength athlete. | |||
