Strange last night as got to about 1am. I was not even a little tired, so thought I would go to the gym, to exurt that excess energy. It was great! Empty, but it was 3am. Does anybody else use a 24hr gym, and use it at odd times? |

depends if you are a nightshift worker or not?
The body requires time to repair itself and this is done as you sleep, good nutrition, rest & sleep are essential for body repair and the building of muscle
getting up at this time for a workout or indeed staying up without sleep then going for a workout is not a thing I would ever consider. |

Actually, I got at anti-social times because I basically get the gym to myself. It's a worthwhile trade since I hate people. |

The worst is the older guys in the gym
Whenever I go during normal times . The older guys are always walking around naked. One guy put his balls on the stink while shaving |

If I'm in a hotel with 24/7 gym I sometimes use it before going out late at night. It gives me an invigorated energy and is quick as no one's around.
Otherwise I tend to like my routine which is usually early morning when it's quiet enough to be quick but enough fit lads to enjoy. |
