"
I have a recurring dream where I divide 10 by 3."
Excellent. I struggle with quantifying a third of a sheep. Therefore, I tend only to count prime sheep. |

My only recurring dream involves me flying [without an aircraft] or more accurately gliding and soaring over the streets where I live. It's exhilarating but makes my heart race and I often wake up with a start, in mild panic and perspiring. |

From time to time, I still dream about failing my finals at uni and had to repeat the year.
I passed them with not a lot of room to spare according to my lecturers, and that was nearly 25y ago! |

I have lots of dreams.. often depraved and dirty... sometimes cute and silly.. sometimes scary beyond belief.. I write down my dreams most of the time when I wake up..
I have one reoccuring one that I have had for years that I hate as I cant wake from it..

I have no idea, only ever dreamt one and more like a nightmare as the kids dad had returned, dreamt I was locked in an underground safe only big enough for me, the key in my hand (odd but true) which I held onto as tightly as I could, had to get out of bed to make sure it wasnt true |

I've had exactly the same dream as you many many times but I also go higher and higher and can't come back down.

...and apparently, since we cannot physically fly, to dream of flying symbolizes that we have a strong intellect which we can use to mentally rise above a problem. In the dream, when flying, we are looking at things from a higher perspective.
..well that explains it then. |

Yeah. YEAH. That's exactly what/how I dream. That's what causes the panic. |
