Can't believe what an emotional roller coaster of amazingly emotive,heart warming, but ultimately sad stories I have watched this morning. I have cried more than once watching footage and people's accounts of the battle. My heart goes out to all involved as on all sides of the war it must have been horrendous. You may not agree with war but a lot of people undoubtedly sacrificed their lives and families were torn apart. A story of a twelve tear old boy who went to fight particularly got me choked. A different generation with a different outlook on life. To all those involved I give my total respect. Let us never forget the brave and courageous lost souls and those still living it. |
