"Weekdays - Hot ribena followed by grapefruit, strawberries, raspberries and melon. I love my breakfast
Weekends nothing ususally"
Is hot ribena actually a thing? I've heard of this mystical drink but have never believed it. |

I've had that as my morning drink for years now, just switched to the 'no added sugar' one and feel a tad cheated, alas, need to keep up the vit c intake, staves away the nasty colds |

I try and be good and have either porridge with honey or bran flakes plus a glass of fruit juice in the kitchen.
But lately I've Fallen off the wagon and it's been a flapjack from the corner shop washed down with a can of energy drink in the car en route to work. |

Week days is brekkie on the go, usually a piece of toast or an apple.
But weekends, weekends are meant for brunch! Can be anything from home made smoothies with blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and bananas through to proper American style waffles with maple syrup.
The best bit though is know that you don't have to rush out the door and can take your time to enjoy it |

I've just had porridge but it's not good porridge at the moment but those little packets with golden syrup in. Then toast with accacia honey on and a cup of tea |

I have just had two poached eggs on seeded wholemeal toast. One with brown sauce and one with tomato, both with salt and pepper and of course a fair amount of proper butter on the toast. With a glass of pure orange with a couple of ice cubes in it. |
