"I wAnt to meet a traveler" hard ar nails. Some were in a pub and a child of theirs fell and badly hurt themselves. The parent held her and said now don't you dare cry' or something to that effect. Tought to take life.s shit and young age. Like i say bloody tough and i mean bloody tough.

"I wAnt to meet a traveler" well your not one of them so you!ll not be accepted very easily.. The ones .'ve had dealings with were irish travellers.. Respectful but there!s this hardness in their persona.

Hope you find some OP.
Just for balance - I know someone who runs a high-end venue for weddings (castle).
Over the last few years the best booking he's had was from a Irish traveller couple. Huge number of guests, least hassle, most polite, most fun, least mess left around etc etc.
All in marked contrast to lots of the posh families who live in the area and who book the place. |
