I'm not a fan, though I confess to liking the look of a nice pair of women's feet.
I suspect it's that men tend to think women always smell lovely, have great perfume etc, That's obviously lovely and we.mee very used to it, so maybe there's something a bit, I dunno, "animalistic", natural and even taboo if that's not the case.
