i am off camping. as far away as i can from it, site is booked and checked with them they are not doing anything regarding the wedding,
so will be somewhere near Whitby for a couple of days that weekend |

as soon as heard the news of the announcement on the radio at lunchtime went straight back in and booked those 3 days between easter and the wedding/bank holiday weekend off ... 11 days for the price of 3 ...
just a shame Sarah will be working on 7 of those 11 days  |

I will most likely be working, as my company are making the most of all those DIYers, that don't intend on watching the wedding, and are using the extra day off to do stuff around the house/garden.
I do however, get a day off in lieu. Which I will take when there is more interesting things on the TV to watch!!! |

I think all those anti-royalists should be forced to go to work.
I'll be driving back up with my daughter on the thursday night so we can all watch the big occasion together then head off to town early evening to a tapas bar. |

I can't stand Old Mother Riley or any of those Aistair Simm men dressing up as women type thingies. They're out there - waiting to be wheeled out to be beamed across the world as typically british. Under the rules and regulations.. you dont have to by law give them the exact day of the wedding off.. as long as they get a day off at some point before the end of working year  |

Ill be off work, I did the same as others and booked 3 days annual leave, so ill get lots of days off, yippee, I cannot wait. I will watch the wedding though, in between hoovering, cleaning my windows, ironing..... |

Actually Wishy, I wish I could as it would be so nice to have some peace and quiet for the day; no interruptions from phone calls unfortunately I cannot do the day job as I dont know the alarm code, I shall however be doing the second job in the evening |

I dont work on a friday anyway so no difference to me. Mind the kids schools are closed so will be me and them as usual. No Idea what we will do yet cant think that far ahead! |
