I hate all these remakes, they just don't work. It's like the industry has run out of ideas so they have to remake old stuff. The old shows were great because of the people in them, you can't just remake them with new people and expect them to be as good. I'd rather watch repeats than remakes. |

After I read the title, I immediately thought of Love Thy Neighbour, so racist, sexist etc, it couldn't survive today! Ditto Alf Garnett in Till Death do us Part. On the Buses is back on TV occasionally, but it too is occasionally un-PC and racist. Crossroads should be binned permanently, Duty Free, Benidorm I have quite a long list.  |
