I'm to warm then i kick the blankets off and I'm too cold !!
And I've changed my pillows around that much it could be put in the guiness book of records for

Wake your man up and tell him if he loves you he will do it 
Beside i think one to sort out my ankle i sort of twinged it earlier doing legs bums and tums and it sore !!

I have restless leg syndrome so every night is like that for me, got tablets to help control it but sometimes they don't help at all

I have restless leg syndrome aswell drives me mad my medication does stop my legs from feeling uncomfortable but makes me thirsty so still wake up frequently through the night to drink and pee

I feel your pain, I have to get up multiple times in the night too then can't get back to sleep, sleep deprived doesn't describe it... lol x |
