I've been on an ecig since 7 may this year..not lapsed and won't. I bought a cheap one from a super market and was worried about it breaking or battery running out at the wrong moment so now I have 2 and alternate. I carry with me a make-up case with all my gear in..spare ecig..spare tanks..liquids and chargers with a plug socket and car charger.
I recommend getting a spare cheap one for use in an emergency should your main one break etc.
Good luck.x |

"So I gave up smoking last month n been on an e cig since n today it broke so had to go buy some menthol cigs I'm not amused with my self any of u fab lot had this? "
What do you mean "had to go buy"? Stopped when hit 60 a day with aids, wasn't any!, it was difficult but you've just got to say no to yourself. Don't go down the "reward", one fag after tea etc, you'll just " reward" yourself more and more...YOU CAN DO IT,JUST STOP |

I have been on an e-cig for nearly 3 years (have no intention of giving it up). Always good to have a back-up just in case....I have a spare of everything. Even though I would like to think I wouldn't buy ciggies I would prefer not to take the chance.
Don't beat yourself up over it though....it's the ones you don't have that count not the ones you do xxx |

I'm using an E-cig at the moment, have been since around 2013 I guess. I keep going through a cycle of diluting the nicotine liquid with non nicotine liquid and step it down over a number of weeks.
Problem is, something happens that stresses me and I go put full strength liquid in it and thus the cycle keeps cycling.
I was using a cheap brand but they kept breaking. I'm now using 'aspire', it cost about twice as much as the old brand, but it's much much more robust, and the coils last a lot longer too. In the long run, I paid twice what I would have before to set myself up, but then gain that money back because I'm not constantly replacing broken ones, or prematurely failing coils...
I say to myself, it's not tobacco, so it's not as bad. I much prefer my E-cig to tobacco. I have had the odd rollie, but afterwards always remember why I bought an E-cig |
