It's a live streaming app that you can get all over the world. It's pretty cool to go to different countries and see what people are up to. I've seen some very weird stuff on scope lol |

Democratic Congressmen in the US recently used this app to broadcast a sit in they were holding when CSPAN stopped filming.
I doubt they're on fab, but you never know with politicians  |
