I wonder if anyone could suggest or help me out .

Right I have been with my Mrs for nearly 11 months now. Things where goings okay but the last few months haven't been all that.

We have only slept with each other 6 times since the last 3 months and she hasn't bothered with it at all lately . No for play nothing

Timing is going to be everything when it comes to talking with her. Do not do it at a time when she has felt or is feeling pressure for sex with you.

And do whatever you can to help her feel secure. Are you in an agreed open relationship? Maybe she doesn't want that or senses your unavailability in some ways. Or doesn't have trust in you. Having sex can mean so many things to each of us differently. You'd need to understand what it would mean to her now - not what it was before.

It may just be about sex but could be an awful lot more besides.
