My OH is 59. I can think of a few very successful over 50's here. Have you thought about going to a local organised social as it can be a good way to get to know people.

My profile says no meet invites, not that I'm not meeting, it helps cut down on unwanted messages. I meet, but only with those I choose, when I am in a position to do so. |

I have to agree here, I think your height is more of an issue than your age. I would see a guy of 50, but not one who is shorter than me. I know it doesn't make any odds when you get horizontal, but again, it's down to personal preference. I would also tweak/tidy your profile. But good luck! |

This is very true, with all the competition on here you need to make your profile stand out a bit different from the norm.
Confidence & humour are key things that get you in a women knickers & anyone who says different is telling fibs, go to some local clubs or look out for socials where people can get to meet you.
Its a bit like waiting for a bus at first as you wait around for ages then two or three come along at once (not together worse luck lol) so be patient & look cheerful on your profile/posts. |

Tbf the real world is FAR easier than Fab. It's just that your target selection is less accurate.
I could probably get sex from about half a dozen sources by lunchtime if I put my mind to it in the outside world. Not struggled for years, so I have an established, but now defunct (by virtue of being in a relationship) inner circle. But here, not a sausage.
And of course you might be asking - If that's true, why are you here?
Because I'm now in a relationship, and only play with her. And all my inner circle are either straight, or unproven in an FFM, or not L's type. Fab isnt an easy place to get sex at all. It's infinitely harder than Tinder or especially POF, and harder than real world approaches once you get past the rejection anxiety. The only real reason to use Fab, and why we do is that you can know before you approach what a girl is into.

Lots of women will meet 50 year olds but not defeatists.
