Walnuts

Almonds

Cashews

Pecans

Brazil Nuts

Macadamia Nuts

The key with nuts is simply not to overeat them. They are highly concentrated in both their calories and their nutrients, so you only need a small handful at a time. Eating a variety of nuts appears to be the best way to get all the different benefits each nut has to offer.

Aint Google great

Roast your own, using unsalted whole nuts, at 180 deg C for about 30min.

If a bit of salt is prefer, drizzle a bit of vegetable oil over the hot nuts, mix well and then sprinkle salt to taste.

The oil will help the salt to stick to the nuts.

Shop-bought salted nuts are way too salty for my liking, and expensive compared with making my own roasted nuts.

I roast cashews, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and almonds, and then mix them in a big jar.

I don't roast my own pistachios, as I find it difficult to add salt to them after roasting.

Not sure if they are the good nuts and seeds or not, however, they are tasty to me and that's what matters most!

Most nuts are good for you but they all have a very high calorie content so just becareful. Dried fruit is also a good option
