Been watching it all day....love seeing the joy on the faces of those gaining qualifying marks for Rio!
Took my nephew yesterday and had some fantastic seats right in front of the triple jump pit and the podium....got his pic taken with Iwan Thomas...nephew had no idea who he was but i was really excited.
Also....i used the same toilet as Sally Gunnell, would have asked for her autograph but i was busting to get in after her haha |

 I was never really into Athletics as a spectator sport but after getting tickets to the Olympics in 2012 I've become more of a fan - I'm off to the Diamond League meet at the end of the month which should be one of the final warm ups ahead of Rio |

ah jealous!!
i have promised my nephew to get more tickets for us. he already picked up some great tips watching the triple jumpers.
there was a kids area which had some drill equipment set up. he had a go before we went in then as we came out he wanted another go and his technique had def improved (i may be a biased aunty lol) |
