I have come to the pub to watch the Wales and Northern Ireland game. Don't know anyone in the pub but more than happy to drink alone.
Rather keep myself to myself in the pub. |

I don't think I have ever gone out just to drink on my own, But a lot of the people I drink with are married or have a partner and go home to them, So at some point I find myself alone and after 2-3 drinks I get bored |

I used to like the cosy feeling of the lounge at my old local pub, the familiar faces sat at the bar reading a paper, couples cuddled up at the next table, maybe even a fire going if in Winter.
Watching my ex eat a bag of crisps and then fold it down to a teeny tiny miniture bag and wondering how the fuck he did it. Ah them were the days |
