Frogs and toads are carnivores, which means that they will eat meat. Small to medium sized frogs eat insects such as flies, mosquitoes, moths and dragonflies. Larger frogs will eat larger insects like grasshoppers and worms. Some large frogs will even eat small snakes, mice, baby turtles, and even other smaller frogs! |

More information needed. Is it a native frog that's become friendly or a shop bought frog? What species?
My garden frogs have dwindled, though garden organically. They're under threat, so we all need to be good to them.

Things I never knew about frogs until my neighbours got cats.
1. They emit a high picked scream (like a child's) if in danger.
2. They play dead (lie on their back feet and arms outstretched) as a defence mechanism. |
