Ok here on fab we have people from all corners of these wonderful countries of ours.

Am looking to go away for the weekend, don't really want to travel more than 300 miles from Manchester.

Looking for an area with plenty to see and do and because of the unpredictability of the weather, things to do indoors, no not sex.

Now to me the best people to ask are the ones who live there.

ANy help would be greatly appreciated

I went up to Edinburgh the end of last year and thoroughly enjoyed it - want to go back Good shops, castle, museums, Valvona & Crolla, places to eat

Dirty girl, you could have just stayed at home

The Cotswolds are nice, pretty, lots of things to do. Depends what you're looking to do, really, I guess...

I can recommend Sunderland!

It's a majestic site to watch a heard of chavs migrate from Post Office to Greggs as they spend all their government supplied wealth on Cheese & Onion pasties.

Watch in awe as their shell suits glisten in the artificial light of the Bridges Shopping Centre and let your heart be warmed as their young suck simultaneously on a cheese pastry and their own nasal mucus!

Magical!

You forgot the ancient art of back scuttling behind the skip. Or is that more Seaham way? You get a better class of pie at la stadia too - chicken balti can stay down for at least the first half...

Yeah there is a lot of back scuttling behind skips down at the river in Hendon in Sunderland.

Last summer some tramps were wanking each other off below our offices, was great entertainment!

Come to Sunderland folks!

Truro is a lovely little city. Quite picturesque, not too crowded, nice bars and places to eat, river boat trips, the catherdral, Skinners Brewery tour, pasty shops, and we've only got about 6 sets of traffic lights in the whole city
