Yesterday was a very important day for the likes of me and my fellow landworkers.
For yesterday Brussels voted on whether the current licence for glyphosate should be renewed for another 7 years ,
Now without turning this into a slanging match I would love to know how the general public feel .
I realise that the ideal world is that everything is grown organically and for some crops that is possible but if you have any practical knowledge of crop growing you will know that it is a very difficult task .
For me and many of my colleagues we feel that if a ban was introduced then it would be time to give up doing what we try to do best ,put the for sale boards up ,,,, okay I'm the first to realise that there are many who detest in how we grow the food that we produce but I do hope that there are some folks who can see the problems that we face
So here goes ,,,
