Finally going to the dentist today and i got slimming club so best have lost weight this week.

Today I am contemplating sourcing a 12 bore shotgun. 5hrs sleep in 6 days, getting to breaking point now.

Postman brought me some good news - Hoorah! Finally get my sleep study.

Just had the best nights sleep in about 2 years, no doubt down to the fact i crawled home at 1am after driving in thick fog for 45mins (was afraid to blink it was that bad round here)
