"Been driving down the same new road since I was a kid (42 now), how old does a new road take to become a old road? X"
As soon as they build a bypass you are good to change it to an old Road x |

"It takes the generation who were kids when the road was new to die off. Not to be morbid or anything.
Thanks guys yep we old and just waiting for the inevitability "
I just mean that its only "new" to the generation old enough to have known a time before it's existence. So you need the youngest of that generation to die off before the generation who only knew it as a road (read "not new") to alter the perception of newness. |
